>Been fitting the oak wardrobes and cabinets for the last couple of days, got them finished today. These were hung on French cleats, and took about 40 mins to hang.
Few shots of the newly formed walk ins, just needs a lick of paint, and for the handles to be delivered.
Thats it for today, I have four more wardrobes in ash, sycamore, with a painted one to do next, and some assorted furniture, thanks for looking.
>It always surprises me how classy somthing as simple as a stopped champher looks. Well done.
The proportions between the upper and lower panels in the doors is very pleasing, how did you find their dimensions?
The shiplap cabinet bottom is very nice, too.
>Thanks Darnell, I used the golden ratio for the proportions on the tall doors, using a Fibonacci gauge I made recently.
I was unsure about the tgv to start with, but the client was very happy that I had used all solid oak instead of a mdf panel. They even bought the blanket chest I made recently, and ordered some new oak interior doors. So I must be doing something right.
>That looks like quality work, very nice.
>Thank you Alviti, very kind of you to say so.
